Haircuts can be either a fulfilling session, or an angst filled episode. Its not hard to guess that an angst filled one would probably come with regret, more often due to the poor choice of going to a particular saloon instead of your usual one.Sometimes you may get lucky and strike a home-run when you get a hairstylist who understands what you want and give you the hairdo that would match your megawatt smile that would follow.But we aren't always so lucky.
You see, problems between people stem more often than not, from miscommunication. When either party fails to understand what the other wants, problem starts, followed by quarrel and then grudge. Finally mistrust is conceived and you get a whole pizza of bitterness. All because of one little thing that is not sorted out or clarified at first. Seems that this is a good explanation to all our problems right? Its the truth.
People talk all the time but no one's really listening. Just like the words in the song 'One Note Samba' by Olivia, "people talk and talk and talk and say nearly nothing", it shows how much we really get across to people that are trying to listen.If we all take time to understand what's really being said, and then clarify expectations, my guess is we'll be baking a whole lot more better things in our relationships with others.
