Falling away is just so easy. All you have to do is nothing. Just don't pray, don't read the Bible and you'll just happily slide away into spiritual unconsiousness. The thing about sin is that its so draining and yet it feels so invisible. Oft we sin but we only realise it after the deed has been done. We do not stop ourselves. Even if we knew that we were on the verge of doing so, we just don't do anything about it. Then we fall.
But the good news is, that God provides us wisdom when we ask for it. we need wisdom to guide our ways and to follow us through into life. The Bible says that without wisdom we are like the foolish man who builds his house upon the sand. contrary to popular belief that the older you get the wiser you are, wisdom needs to be cultivated. we don't just wisen up suddenly. But we can wisen up quickly. That is to ask God to grant us power and wisdom every single day. By following His word, only then can we become wiser. so hurry and ask God to bless you with wisdom today, so that you may avoid pot holes and unnecessary troubles.
