We like to say i trust in You my Lord and my God. But when the storms really come to test us, and the earth quakes her fair share, that phrase seems suddenly easily forgotten and replaced with the gods of fear and worry. Trust me, these two gods are brothers and oft come hand in hand to terrorise, sadly to a very effective level that we become paralysed.
How then do we overcome these attacks and become eviserated from the yoke that they harness unto us?
The answer is simple. It is not just to trust, but to let the Lord lead us in every way, to let him be the shepherd that he is supposed to be. Once His rod and staff can comfort us and lead us, then truly we can rise above the challenges and move into a more fulfilling relationship with our Father.
The Lord truly is great. Amen.
