Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
i might have blogged about this before but somehow this verse seems to come back and haunt me time and again. its really just so easy for us to lose sight of God and forget all his goodness, especially when work seems to overwhelm us. deadlines come in and then all of a sudden, God gets pushed out.
Yet God still promises that he would bless us if we continue to seek him first. isn't that great? i mean He ain't so petty as to say that he would stop blessing us once we stop looking for Him. and He will still bless us if we return to His loving arms.
so yeah, take a little break from whatever work you are doing and take the time to just thank Him for His love and also to seek Him in all ways. You never know what breakthroughs you may encounter with just a simple prayer to Him.
